Un cordial saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive y todos los creadores de contenidos que hacen parte de esta comunidad, mi nombre es Anthony Caggia, quiero expresar que me siento muy contento de ver como la comunidad de Hive es una puerta al emprendimiento y al éxito por la oportunidad que nos brinda a los creadores de contenido que tenemos mucho de qué hablar y mucho que aportar tanto a la sociedad como a esta plataforma.
Qué bueno y que confortante es saber que tenemos un espacio para contar nuestras experiencias y expectativas referente al emprendimiento, ya que todos de alguna manera u otra somos emprendedores, algunos estamos solo en ideas, otros ya comenzaron a explotar su emprendimientos y otros ya pueden contarnos la alegría de ver como su emprendimiento se ha consolidado.
Yo soy venezolano y actualmente vivo en Colombia, ya que me toco salir de mi país por la situación que ya todos conocen.
¿Qué es el emprendimiento?
El emprendimiento es el proceso de diseñar, lanzar y administrar un nuevo negocio, que generalmente comienza como una pequeña empresa o una emergente, ofreciendo a la venta un producto, servicio o proceso.

Podemos ver que el emprendimiento rápidamente nos llevar a imaginarnos en un escenario donde somos los dueños de lo que hacemos por muy grande o pequeño que sea, ahora bien ya sabemos que es el emprendimiento ahora:
¿Qué es emprender?
Emprender es tener la iniciativa de llevar a la práctica una idea de negocio, es decir, crear una empresa y llevar a cabo la producción del bien o prestación del servicio, sin que esto quede en una mera intención.

Interesante cierto, aunque parezcan términos iguales hay una grandísima diferencia, me llama mucho la atención la palabra iniciativa dentro de la definición de lo que es emprender, fíjense que la iniciativa es el primer paso al emprendimiento, lo que quiere decir que si no iniciamos el camino al éxito todo esto quedara en una simple idea, solo personas con la intención de emprender y nada más.
De mi parte lo sujetare a 3 etapas

2-La iniciativa
3-El resultado o éxito como emprendedor
En este momento me encuentro en la primera posición debido a que no he puesto en marcha mis ideas, soy ingeniero en informática y tuve que migrar a Colombia luego de graduarme, pero tengo el deseo intenso de alcanzar mi libertad financiera y que mi retiro laboral no sea pasar mi última etapa de vida trabajándole a alguien más, así que les detallo cual es mi idea como emprendedor.
Mis conocimientos profesionales:
como lo dije antes soy ingeniero en informática, tengo conocimientos en el área de diseño y edición con software de diseño grafico, programación en lenguajes html,php,css, soporte técnico tanto físico como de software, manejos de herramientas ofimáticas, a todo esto le sumo que me fascina el mundo criptográfico.
Basado en todo este conocimiento el emprendedor que hay en mi esta por darse a conocer, porque no quiere seguir solo siendo un pensador para toda su vida, es por esto que estoy a un corto plazo de comenzar a emprender mi propio negocio, y lo hare desde mi casa.

I am Venezuelan and currently live in Colombia, since I had to leave my country because of the situation that everyone knows.

At this moment I am in the first position because I have not implemented my ideas, I am a computer engineer and I had to migrate to Colombia after graduating, but I have the intense desire to achieve my financial freedom and that my retirement is not to spend my last stage of life working for someone else, so I detail what is my idea as an entrepreneur.
My professional knowledge:
as I said before I am a computer engineer, I have knowledge in the area of design and editing with graphic design software, programming languages html, php, css, technical support both physical and software, office tools management, to all this I add that I am fascinated by the cryptographic world.
Based on all this knowledge the entrepreneur in me is about to make himself known, because he does not want to remain just a thinker for life, that is why I am in a short term to start my own business, and I will do it from my home.

¿Anthony pero como es que desde tu casa emprenderás?
Así es, como dice el dicho hay que comerse las verdes y después las maduras a veces nos estancamos pensando que no podemos por no tener un espacio amplio, lujoso o a la vista de todos, pero no es así, realizando esta publicación me llego a la mente crear una historia que nos lleve de forma simple a entender que si podemos emprender y que debemos comenzar desde abajo para luego estar en lo alto, quiero añadir que el siguiente párrafo es de mi autoría, por lo que lo usare para compartirlo en mis redes sociales y promover el emprendimiento.
Un joven vendía galletas y comenzó con un capital muy bajo tanto así que solo podía producir 10 galletas a la semana, pero dentro de él había un emprendedor, el joven vendía esas galletas en su casa por no tener un local propio para hacerlo, y así fue de 10 en 10 galletas.
Un día se dio cuenta que su capital aumento gracias a los ahorros y ahora ya no eran 10 eran 15, luego 20, luego 50 galletas a la semana, y al pasar los años al terminar la jornada laboral, al cerrar la puerta del lugar donde las vendía se dio cuenta que era dueño de un automóvil muy elegante, también que su ropa era mucho más elegante y para mayor sorpresa al ver por la ventana de su automóvil se llevó una sorpresa más grande, había un letrero detrás de él que decía fábrica de galletas y era tan grande su fábrica que desde el auto no podía ver los extremos donde terminaba su empresa, vio como salían sus trabajadores muy bien uniformados también con sus propios automóviles, Dios que sorprenderte, aquel joven que solo vendía 10 galletas semanales ahora vende y exporta galletas a otros países, que alegría.
Reflexión: *PARA EMPRENDER SOLO NECESITAS PRIMERO DECIRTE A TI MISMO YO SI PUEDO, Y COMENZAR ESE CAMINO AL EMPRENDIMIENTO, SI VENDES UN SOLO PASTEL AL MES TRANQUILA ALGÚN DÍA VENDERÁS CIENTOS DE PASTELES, SI VENDES SOLO UNA PULSERA ARTESANAL A LA SEMANA, NO TE DESANIMES ALGÚN DÍA TU MARCA DE PULSERA RECORRERÁ TODA LA CIUDAD DONDE VIVES, ERES BARBERO Y NO TE LLEGAN LOS CLIENTES TRANQUILO TODOS QUERRÁN INCLUSO QUE SEAS SU BARBERO PERSONAL, QUE COMENZASTE HACE TRES MESES Y NO TE VA MUY BIEN, CALMA QUE DIOS TE REGALARA UN NUEVO DÍA Y ESTE PUEDE SER EL QUE CAMBIE TU VIDA, SOLO NO TE DETENGAS Y NO TE QUEDES EN LA IDEA, ASÍ QUE INICIA, TU SI PUEDES Y SI TU PUEDES YO TAMBIÉN.

como en mi hay un emprendedor tomare mis conocimientos y podría comenzar desde mi casa realizando pequeñas cosas, como por ejemplo, realizando foto-montajes, imprimiendo documentos, brindando soporte técnico, quizás vendiendo productos que tengan que ver con la informática, realizando publicidad audiovisual a otros negocios cercanos, en fin debo ponerme en la tarea de iniciar… Es el momento de ser emprendedor.
Además de mis conocimientos en mi profesión también Hive para mi es una nueva puerta al emprendimiento ya que me gusta crear contenido y vivir nuevas experiencias digitales, ya que esta dentro de las posibilidades exponer mi trabajo en esta comunidad.
De momento no he podido iniciar con este emprendimiento debido a la falta de recursos monetarios como por ejemplo el capital o base de inversión, y también por no contar con los equipos o herramientas necesarias debido a que actualmente vivo en condición de arrendado y lo que gano ahora se me limita solo para los gastos prioritarios de mi hogar, pero sé que podre lograrlo.

También quiero resaltar la gran labor de liderar esta comunidad lo que es el mas vivo ejemplo de emprendimiento, muchas gracias

Queridos amigos muchas gracias por su atención prestada quiero decirle que todos tenemos dentro un emprendedor a punto de explotar, para el caso de los que no hemos podido iniciar como tal nuestros emprendimiento, pero tranquilos acuérdense del joven que solo vendía 10 galletas a la semana y luego se convirtió en dueño de una fábrica de galletas.

Reflection: *IF YOU SELL ONLY ONE CAKE A MONTH, IF YOU SELL ONLY ONE HANDMADE BRACELET A WEEK, DON'T BE DISCOURAGED, SOMEDAY YOUR BRAND OF BRACELET WILL BE SOLD ALL OVER THE CITY WHERE YOU LIVE, YOU ARE A BARBER AND YOU DO NOT GET CUSTOMERS CALM EVERYONE WILL EVEN WANT YOU TO BE THEIR PERSONAL BARBER, YOU STARTED THREE MONTHS AGO AND YOU ARE NOT DOING VERY WELL, CALM GOD WILL GIVE YOU A NEW DAY AND THIS CAN BE THE ONE THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE, JUST DO NOT STOP AND DO NOT STAY IN THE IDEA, SO START, YOU CAN AND IF YOU CAN I CAN TOO.

as in me there is an entrepreneur I will take my knowledge and I could start from my home doing small things, for example, making photo-montages, printing documents, providing technical support, perhaps selling products that have to do with computers, making audiovisual advertising to other nearby businesses, in short I must put myself in the task of starting ...
