Remind yourself that good attendance is a habit and a choice. You are never a victim of your circumstances.
Sleep early. It's not that you overslept, it's because you didn't sleep early. Deep inside, you're late because you feel being early isn't that important.
Remind yourself that punctuality is a habit, and a good habit builds integrity. Trust me, you can go to another company, start your own business, but your attitude will always prevail no matter where you go, whatever you do.
Stop making excuses and cut the BS. Wake up 2 hours earlier than you usually do. Set multiple alarms if necessary.
Repeat.
In the end, it's never really about attendance. It's about how we manage ourselves.
