Legal Fight by First Nations

I'm not sure where I'm going to start on this.

In the last few years my sister Hive account@lisagenaille and I discovered that our Chief and Council were misappropriating funds that were meant for the people. One person on council walked makes 173 thousand a year, including thousands meant for Social Assitance.

At the moment the Council is under investigation for it by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Indian and Northern Affairs Canada.

But to fight this the council is using band money to go after my sister and I in court in retaliation... Ie, they don't want us to tell on them. At the same time my sister and I launched a suit against council to force them into a forensic audit.

This is one of the reasons we came to Steemit, we live on a small reserve on the middle of nowhere, one that lacks infrastructure and money to take on the government.

It's one of the reasons I'm working hard on Gridcoin.

So I'm hoping for likes if possible to raise the funds we need to pay for lawyers.
