Chicken Biryani is very easy to make.You will also find it very tasty . So you must try this recipe. The cooking time for the recipe is around 30 minutes once the ingredients are ready. You can alsi salmon in place of chicken.

Material :
Rice (500 grams)
Chicken (750 grams)
Curd (150 grams)
Ghee (1/2 cup)
Onion (3, medium size)
Tomatoes (4, medium size)
Garlic Paste (2 Tbsp)
Ginger Paste (2 Tbsp)
Biryani Masala (45 grams)
Kevda Water (01 Tbsp)
Coriander leaves
Food color (01 pinch)
Mint (1/2 spoon, finely chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
Preparation
First wash the rice and soak it for 10 minutes and wash the chicken thoroughly and clean it.
Now wash and finely chop the onion, tomato and chop the coriander and mint as well and cut them finely.
Now heat ghee in a pan, when ghee is hot, add chopped onion and fry it till it becomes golden.
After this add chicken pieces and fry for 5-10 minutes while stirring.
Then add chopped tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, curd, biryani masala and a little salt to the pan and stir well.
Turn down the flame to medium flame and cook all the ingredients for 10-12 minutes.
Turn off the gas when the chicken grind becomes soft.
While the chicken is cooking for the chicken biryani, take 2-3 liters of water in a separate pan and add rice and salt to the boil.
When the rice is cooked 1/2, turn off the gas and set aside the rice water.
Now heat a pan on gas on low flame and when the pan is hot, add layers of rice and chicken curry.
First of all, add a little rice, then curry, then rice then curry, dissolved food color, green coriander, mint and kevda in 1/2 cup of water on each layer.
Now cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes and after that turn off the gas.
Finally, delicious chicken biryani is ready and serve it hot.
