Craving for salmon fish last night so I bought at Supermarket 1/2 kilo of this salmon fish. It is nutritious foods and easy to cook. Sometimes I bought it for Sinigang recipe but last night I make adobong salmon. This recipe needs ingredients, such as black pepper, ginger, vinegar, salt, onion, soy sauce, and green chili if you want a spicy taste. Since I want spicy foods, I'll put some green chilli.
Procedure in cooking:
- Wash the salmon fish.
- Prepare cooking pan.
- Heat the pan, put in the ingredients such as garlic, onion, ginger.
- Add 1/4 cup of water.
- Add the Salmon Fish, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, salt and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the green chili cover and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Take from pan and serve hot.
Here is my nutritious "adobong salmon. It is rich in Iodine, protein and Omega-3 Fatty Acids.
