Happy everyday! Today I will bring you some delicious food.Sweet and Sour Pork is a Chinese dish that is particularly popular in Cantonese cuisine and can also be found in Zhejiang cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, and Shandong cuisine.

糖醋里脊是经典汉族名菜之一。在浙江菜、鲁菜、川菜、粤菜和淮菜里都有此菜，以鲁菜的糖醋里脊最负盛名。糖醋里脊以猪里脊肉为主材，配以面粉，淀粉，醋等作料，酸甜可口，让人食欲大开。

家里小朋友特别喜欢吃这道菜，带有番茄酱酸酸甜甜的口味，每次吃的一嘴巴红红的。

不过减肥人士需要注意！！这道菜由于加工过程中添加了糖和经过高温油炸，所以热量还是很高的，因此这类菜肴减肥时不宜食用。据统计，每100g糖醋里脊所含热量需要散步91.0分钟消耗完。减肥党慎重哟！
