No amount of money can bring good physical health, it is the greatest gift. We are born into this world with a perfect body that knows what it has to do for us to live. It is the vehicle that gets us from A to B, it automatically breathes air to keep us living, it houses the most magnificent organs like the liver, kidneys and the called brain and it has a digestive system and stomach that enables us to eat the most delicious food and drink great beverages like water, juices, coffee, tea, wine and beer. What great reasons to keep it maintained and serviced for a long healthy life.
Our body is our greatest friend, our ally, always keeping to renew and sustain us during busy days. Listen to one's body and work with mind and spirit to give you balance and harmony everyday.
Unfortunately it is only when a pain is felt or a part of the body breaks down that one realises the value of a good healthy body. Generally the body is taken for granted because it is always there, so using and abusing is a commonality amongst us humans. How many times do we hear of a sudden heart attack or a stroke of a family member or friend and think, What a terrible thing, how did that happen? Over work, stress, worry, overeating, over drinking and little or no exercise are typical behaviours symptomatic of disease, illness and death. Realising too late is usually filled with regrets.
The trick is to generate energy with a perfect balance between mind, body and spirit. Treating one's body as a friend taking care of it and being kind is good for general well being for a long time. Buddha says:-

Cheers
Have a happy day everyone wherever you happen to be.
