Hello guys, I'm back again with my daily activity report featuring Actifit.
This morning was very sunny. After doing morning worship and morning meditation, I went out of the house to take a short walk to enjoy the cool rice air and enjoy the sunrise. Enjoying the sunrise, changing night to day is indeed very addictive, and I hope you don't get bored with my posts hehe
Today's training I was still accompanied by Oppa from the Allblanc youtube channel, and I think today's training was also quite hard, even in the middle I wanted to give up because I felt dizzy and nauseous. Nanum I kept forcing until the exercise was over. The total exercise that I did today was probably about 1 hour and 15 minutes, starting from warming up with Cradia Dance, continuing to this exercise for about 15 minutes and cooling down for about 5 minutes.
In the afternoon, it feels like I always yawn and come out of tears and cold sweat. I knew this was a symptom if I felt sick, so I took a warm bath and afterwards enjoyed warm tea. But I still didn't stop yawning and instead felt more and more dizzy. Actually, I also regret it, why did I force laitah today. I should have felt nauseous in the middle of training not forced it, because in the end I didn't feel well all day. Finally, amu exudes the mainstay move, which is drinking Tolak Angin.
Tolak Angin is an herbal medicine made from spices. This drug is widely sold freely in grocery stores, minimarkets, and pharmacies in the area. And this is also often a first aid if a person feels exhausted, or not feeling well.
