Hello to all my friends of Steemit.
My day today was very tiring and also very stressful.
Today we did some team training , so I had to play as team captain. Today's experience will remain forever in my mind, because I understand that being the team captain is not an easy task. The sport that I do is a sport that is played in pairs and also individually and today was the day that we had to do the training in pairs. However, the guy who is my team-mate is a new player and so he was always wrong.
I tried to help him and with patience I tried to adjust his way of playing. But my coach who is not a very patient person, for every mistake made by the player who played with me, the coach shouted at me. With great patience I tried to do my best and when the training is over, I asked my coach, why my dear coach you get angry with me for the mistakes that others do? And he replied, my dear Anna, the captain is the one who takes the responsibility of the game even when the other players are wrong, this is one of the things that a good captain will have to do. So I thanked him and told him that I will treasure your words.
But I understood that it is not an easy thing to be the captain of the team. Anyway, I will do my best to bring my team once again to the medals.
