Buenos días mis amigos espero la estén pasando bien este día ,hoy quiero mostrarles como le he colocado o bien dicho transformado un vestido que tenía mangas sencillas en un vestido con tirantes ,está idea puedes hacerla oara esos vestidos que quieres usar para estar en casa y no lo quieres con mangas sino transformarlo en un modelo mas fresco,este vestido yo lo tenía guardado por la misma razón de que no encontraba como transformarlo y se me ocurrió de esta manera.

I started by unpicking the dress pieces at the top only and I cut off the sleeves, leaving them open. Then I cut the straps; we will use three pieces, two for the straps and one we will cut in half for the bust and back part.

Next, we sew along the edge at the armhole with an overlock or zigzag stitch, then we make a 1 cm hem to the inside and sew with a straight stitch to seal the sides of the armhole.

Okay, after sewing the armhole hem, we're going to place one of the bias pieces on the bust area first, and we place it on the outside with the lace facing to the left and we start stretching it a little and sew with a straight stitch simulating that the bias is an elastic, we do the same step with the back piece, that is, the one for the back width.

Finally, we fold the bias tape we cut at the bust and stitch it over with a straight stitch. We sew it again on the back, stitching the piece over as well, and then we sew the straps on both sides to the length of our strap (in this case, my strap is 16 cm long). We stitch well with a straight stitch at each end of the crotch to prevent it from coming undone and press it to improve the piece.
