He told me he would like a burgundy one, so I bought that color fabric.

Paso 01

We started by cutting the front and back bodice pieces. I used my boyfriend's patterns in size M, which I made from the measurements of a shirt he had. I also cut the cuff and collar pieces; these pieces are doubled with their respective facing to make them stiff. I cut the base collar piece, the sleeves, and the double back piece where the back piece goes.

At first I started by sewing the neck pieces and placing them on the base. In this case, I put black fabric on the inside of the base and sewed it over, resting the fabric along with the fleece and ironing it at once. Then we placed the back pieces and sewed them double. We also sewed the shoulder pieces together.

Step 03
I've moved on to sewing our sleeves to the armhole of the shirt. We sew with an overlock stitch and then with a straight stitch to reinforce the seam. Then I topstitch over it and seal the sides as well. I'll also stitch over this to reinforce it. Next, we're going to sew the collar together with the base to the collar of the shirt.

Finally, I sewed the button and buttonhole pieces on each side of each sleeve, then I positioned the cuff pieces and made the buttonholes. On the front of the shirt, I also sewed the seam where the buttons and buttonholes go and sewed them. With this, I finished the shirt.
