I travelled Ruta 22 from the city of Neuquen in the province of Neuquen to the city of Bariloche in the province of Rio Negro, Patagonia, Argentina many times. The scenery never looked the same twice. On this day in May of 1999 the clouds were low into the mountains. That was the only time I saw the mountains this way.
