Ulu Yam is a small town in the state of Selangor at Malaysia. This Saturday a group of my photography buddy was invited by the Ulu Yam satate assembly member to have a short trip to this small town for a day photos trip and to shoot the pesta Tang Long festival ( 中秋晚会 ) at a chinese temple (南天宫) at night. We reach there 3pm, unfortunately big rain down pull at the moment we reached, luckly the rain stop around 5pm, and we are running around the town searching for a good spot to shoot sunset of the day, try few place and lucky for us manage to find a up hill location where there is an abandoned chinese temple together with a stage, good location for sunset photos, after that we headed back to town and shoot for the festival program as they are having a dragon dance. It's a fruitful trip and below is some photos from this short trip.
