Soltar es dejar libre, desprenderse de algo. Con motivo de finalizar el año la mayoría de las personas se trazan metas para el próximo ciclo. Algunos visualizan proyectos, otros piensan en realizar cambios internos mirando en soltar lo externo.

To let go is to let free, to let go of something. At the end of the year most people set goals for the next cycle. Some visualize projects, others think of making internal changes looking at letting go of the external.

En lo personal, me parece que lo más importante es estar con la familia porque no se sabe si será el último día o el último año. Nunca he pensado en lo que haré en el año entrante pero siempre agradezco lo malo o bueno que haya sido el año que se va.

La vida presenta en el transcurso del tiempo las oportunidades que debemos aprovechar. En ciertas ocasiones se acciona para obrar por los proyectos pero no siempre se dan cuándo se desea.

Personally, it seems to me that the most important thing is to be with my family because I don't know if it will be the last day or the last year. I have never thought about what I will do in the coming year, but I am always grateful for the bad or good that has been the year that is leaving.
Life presents in the course of time the opportunities that we must take advantage of. At certain times we act to act on projects but they don't always happen when we want them to.

Mi estilo de Soltar

No soy de las que medita o hace proyecciones para el año venidero, eso lo hago en función de las necesidades que se van manifestando en el camino. Tampoco pienso en las personas que de alguna manera han dejado algo negativo en mi vida, eso se lo dejo a Dios. Sin embargo lo que sí puedo precisar es que no dejo mi barco anclado en puertos negativos que solamente me dejan desasosiego, tristeza y amargura.

My style of letting go

I am not one of those who meditate or make projections for the coming year, I do it according to the needs that manifest themselves along the way. Nor do I think about the people who have somehow left something negative in my life, I leave that to God. However, what I can say is that I do not leave my boat anchored in negative ports that only leave me unrest, sadness and bitterness.

Navegué en esas aguas y aprendí a soltar las penas. Cargué con pesadas mochilas y aprendí a liberar cargas, principalmente las que no me correspondían. Considero que ese tipo de situaciones no es necesario que las piense cuando finaliza un año o cuando comienza otro.

Para que todo fluya confío a Dios lo que no puedo resolver pero primero intento probar posibles alternativas. En el camino sin importar el tiempo voy soltando lo que tenga que dejar.

I sailed in those waters and learned to let go of sorrows. I carried heavy backpacks and learned to release burdens, mainly those that did not correspond to me. I believe that it is not necessary to think about this type of situation when one year ends or when another begins.
In order for everything to flow, I trust God with what I cannot solve, but first I try to test possible alternatives. Along the way, regardless of the time, I let go of whatever I have to let go of.

Cuando de analogías se trata

Nuestra amiga Hive account@damarysvibra menciona una analogía con respecto a limpiar para sembrar. Siguiendo el ejemplo, por mi parte limpio el terreno y retiro la maleza para la siembra de nuevas plantas.

También podemos decir que al final del túnel vemos la luz que nos permite apreciar que los apegos solo enferman el alma, el corazón y en muchos casos el cuerpo. Esto no quiere decir que debemos andar poniendo la otra mejilla pero lo ideal es apartarnos de lo que nos afecta.

When it comes to analogies

Our friend Hive account@damarysvibra mentions an analogy regarding cleaning to sow. Following the example, for my part I clean the land and remove the weeds for the sowing of new plants.
We can also say that at the end of the tunnel we see the light that allows us to appreciate that attachments only sicken the soul, the heart and in many cases the body. This does not mean that we should turn the other cheek, but the ideal is to move away from what affects us.

Cuando nos convencemos de que nuestra tranquilidad y equilibrio es importante; aprendemos a decir no, aprendemos a valorarnos más y aprendemos a soltar cargas y liberar espacio.

Cada quien vive su proceso; según la fortaleza y la actitud, las oportunidades llegarán en su debido momento. No todos tenemos la capacidad para desprenderse de lo que duele o lastima y abrirse paso a una nueva esperanza que nos provea de felicidad y de la salud mental y emocional que requerimos.

When we convince ourselves that our tranquility and balance is important; we learn to say no, we learn to value ourselves more and we learn to let go of burdens and free up space.
Everyone lives their own process; depending on their strength and attitude, opportunities will come in due time. Not all of us have the capacity to let go of what hurts or hurts and make way for a new hope that provides us with happiness and the mental and emotional health we require.
