Rawal Lake is an artificial reservoir that provides the water needs for the cities of Islamabad(Capital territory of Pakistan) and Rawalpindi. Small streams coming from Margalla Hills along with Korang River have been form this artificial lake which covers an area of 8.8 km. Korang River is the outlet stream of Rawal Dam. Rawal Lake is located within an isolated section of the Village Malpur, Bani Gala and Margalla Hills National Park, Islamabad.
Lake View Park is a recreational area and wildlife park located near Village "Malpur" Rawal Lake, Islamabad.
I went there with my four friends. We went there after we came back from Daman-e-koh(previous post). We dropped one friend home Because, he was fallen to ground because of that Monkeys(Story discussed in previous post).

If you ask me. I will say it is one of the best places in Islamabad to go out and taste the nature and have some fun. So, Whenever you visit Pakistan this place is one of the best for you to spend some good time.
