Tasty Glazed Pecans

INGREDIENTS:
one egg white
four teaspoons water
one tablespoon pure vanilla extract
one cup white sugar
two teaspoons cinnamon
quarter teaspoon salt
one pound pecan halves
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparation Period: 10 minutes
Cooking Period: 60 minutes
Prepared In: 1 Hour and 20 minutes
Whip the egg in a bowl till frothy; beat the water and vanilla into the egg. Mix the sugar, cinnamon, and salt into the egg mixture. Put the pecans; mix to coat completely. Spread the pecans onto the prepared baking sheet.
Roast the pecans in the preheated oven, blending about every fifteen minutes, till the coating forms a glaze, about one hour. Let it to cool on the baking sheet at least ten minutes before offering.
