My submission this time is a lightning dragon:

Lightning Dragon:

I have been experimenting with different effects lately.

I am still using the same drawing tablet: Huion h610 pro v2 (Still works lol)

Here are the steps:

Step 1: Rough Sketch:

Just to get the outline of the dragon. I prefer dragons with a longer face, and horns. It makes them look more powerful, but thats just me lol.

Step 2: Adding is some tones and shadow

Adding in tones and shadow and a little bit of detail. Started experimenting with the skin/scales of the dragon.

Step 3: Adding more Detail

Dont think the scales from the previous drawing worked, so trying a different look. lol, now it looks a bit scary.

Step 4: Adding Color

On this one, I experimented with different colors, but feel that red and yellow worked on this drawing so I went with these 2 colors.

Final: Adding a background

And this is it, with my avatar in the bottom right corner.
