Many legal international experts have voiced out that the attack conducted by the Russian military forces on one strike on the Ukrainian railway station thereby damaging a train and killing more than 20 people who are mostly civilians should be regarded as a war crime. Meanwhile, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine had already been voicing out since the war started that Russia should be noted as a terrorist state by the international war crime communities.
AP reported that over 40 civilian properties have been destroyed by the Russian forces in Ukraine in the last six months of the Ukraine and Russia war conflict, the report has it that the Russian forces recently attacked southern Ukraine known as Chaplyne thereby killing over 20 civilians and destroying the railway system. Many international experts who are seeking the naming of Russia as a war crime state condemned the attack on Southern Ukraine not minding that they are the minor developing environment in Ukraine. They have also pointed out that the attack on the railway systems is the most deadly since the war started.

A clinical professor known as Jennifer Trahan at the New York University’s Center for Global Affairs has specifically pointed out that the Southern Ukraine railway system that was destroyed is a public means of transportation and should have not been attacked but since Russia has already attacked, they should be regarded that they have contacted a war criminal offense and should be punished for it.
