An undersea network of oil pipelines off the coast of Syria has been sabotaged for the second time by allegedly terrorist groups operating in Syria.

The level of sophistication needed to carry out such an attack indicates it's not the work of some ragtag cavemen-alike terrorists rather a special forces with tools, gears, and logistics, and also that can operate near 'enemy' lines, and above all has interest in destroying Syria's economy, and the main culprits are: the USA, UK, France, Germany, and Israel, who have such capabilities.
Could be the work of more than an actor involving especially the British with their largest listening (spying) base in Cyprus, which records what any two in the entire region talk about. They must be involved or at least know who is behind it, in addition with another actor of the aforementioned. Israel has large interest in carrying out such a brazen attack and it would do so but needs the US cover and a US extraction team on standby.
