From Malnourished to Well-Nourished: Max Finally Achieved His Ideal Weight

I'm absolutely thrilled to share with you, especially those who followed Max's journey from being malnourished to a well-nourished golden retriever.




Yes, for the new viewers, Max was a very pitiful, skinny and weak on the first day we adopted him. It's been three months since he became a family member. I am so glad, as well as my family, to see many of you here love and support Max. That's why I always share an update on his progress.

Last Tuesday was his scheduled visit to the clinic for his deworming. We were so happy that Max had finally achieved his normal or ideal weight in just three months.

It is really an accomplishment on our part being his paw family. Our hard work in taking care of him, in giving him a good, nutritious and balanced diet every day, paid off. And that made me excited to share with you here.

It feels so good that a lot of people love and adore Max now. Every person who visited us at home, friends, relatives and even the doctor and staff at the clinic. They all love and adore Max. Even though Max is a bit naughty at the clinic because he pees inside the clinic. He just did it at the clinic because he never pees inside our house. He constantly barks so loud even at dawn when he feels like peeing and pooping at home and that's the time my husband will take him outside to do his thing. He only shows his naughtiness at the clinic though... heheh

However, Max is really friendly to everyone. Even our suki e-bike driver is Max's good friend. He comfortably rides his e-bike to the clinic. It's just about 10 to 15 minutes of ride from home. So the driver would just wait for them until they finish at the clinic.

He became more comfortable with us at home too, and he already knows how to follow his daily routine like the time for eating his meal, his snack time, play time, dental time and nap time inside my daughter's bedroom every afternoon to keep him cool, especially since we are in hot weather now.

So happy to see him sleep comfortably. And so, I pity him sometimes because he wanted to sleep more, but he needs to go out already because my daughter Hive account@tegoshei will start her work. Anyway, Max has his own electric fan outside, but he might feel more comfortable sleeping in an air-conditioned room, that's why my daughter will give him more time to stay when she wants to rest from work.

These are his recent photos—a happy and chubby paw family member. Most of the people who know Max say he is very lucky to have us as his new owners, but we are so blessed to have Max in the family. Max and our toy poodle Arashi add happiness to our home, so we are so lucky, too. All of us who have pets at home are blessed, right?
