Balado Chicken Sausage

Material :
- 500 gr chicken (wings / thighs)
- 250 gr red skin sausage
- 1/4 onion
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 200 ml of water
- oil for sauteing
Ground spices :
- 2 pieces of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 8 pieces of red pepper (cored)
- 5 pieces of chili pepper
- 1 tbsp pepper
How to make :
- Cut chicken according to taste, then fry half-baked. Drain
- Stir-fry onion until yellowish, enter the spices are smoothed after the smell of water enter.
- Enter tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, granulated sugar and salt. Stir well
- Enter the sausage, after slightly thickened enter the chicken pieces. Stir well.
