Hello friends of the hive, it's a pleasure to greet you on this new occasion. I hope you are well and have had a blessed start to the week. Today I wanted to eat a hamburger and decided to make it in a healthy way with a base of pint bread, vegetables, chicken and egg.

The first step is to debone the piece of chicken I had, then I heat it in a pan. The next step is to remove a layer from the pita bread. I want to consume a small amount of carbohydrates, so I wash and chop the vegetables. Then I fry the egg and place it on top, fold it as shown in the photograph, and heat it up.
