The first step is to season the pork with oregano, garlic, and adobo. I let it marinate for 2 hours and then I grill it until it's cooked to my liking. I chop it into small pieces and add BBQ sauce. Now I'm going to prepare my burrito. I add tomato sauce and mayonnaise to the pita bread, add lettuce, wrap the pork as follows, and grill it again.
Once it's ready, it looks crispy and delicious.
