Hello friends of the hive, it's a pleasure to greet you on this new occasion. I hope you are well and had a happy day. Today I want to present this delicious Mexican food recipe: birria-style tacos. I hope you like it.
*beef *pre-cooked yellow flour *vegetables *lemon *ciracha
The first step is to cook the beef. I chop it into pieces, add water, parsley, and salt, and put it in the pressure cooker. Separately, I chop the vegetables, add oregano, garlic sauce, soy sauce, and oil, and cook them until they reach the desired tenderness. Then I blend them in a blender. Once the beef is cooked to my liking, I shred it and add it to the vegetables. I knead the dough and then shape the taco.
I start by cooking the taco base on a griddle, I chop the onion and parsley, when the meat is cooked to my liking and the taco base is ready I start filling it, adding the meats, vegetables and cilantro, in a pan I add a little of the meat broth and margarine, there I brown the tacos
The final result is as follows
