Yesterday after I posted some real estate and art related stuff on my social media accounts, I then spent some time thinking about what to do for the Seven77 challenge by nathanmars. (It's to shill Steem on Twitter)
The Challenge
I have been meaning to post regular videos in my YouTube acct other than real estate stuff but I still haven't thought of anything worth putting there. Then comes this Seven77 challenge and I thought I was able to think of something. Then again it would be quite longer and not as simple as just a minute or less video on Twitter. š¤
So I'm still back to square one if I'd be joining the challenge or not and what I'd share if I'll join. Anyway I share my Steemit posts on Twitter when I can so people should be able to discover STEEM that way.
The Online Earnings
I haven't been blogging much in Bitlanders.
Just realized a day or so ago that I lost my 2FA access to my Coinpot acct since my phones got stolen again last year. Bye bye moon faucets. Sucks.
I don't have access to my Byteball acct too due to stolen phone.
Haven't been doing tasks on Spare5 either.
Most of the time I post here and on other Steemit dApps.
So it seems I'm not earning much online anymore. š
Pinoy Reaction to Rude Chinese Behavior Accused of Xenophobia by a Few Pinoys
Well, in other news, some kababayans think calling/pointing out rude behavior of the Chinese within and outside the Philippines is already xenophobic. I beg to disagree. We are against the rudeness and uncaring nature of the general mainland Chinese population in dealing with other people. Doesn't mean there aren't any kind and caring mainland Chinese too because of course there are.
How can insulting behavior be corrected if you don't tell the person/people involved about it? I believe we are only seeing part of their culture which isn't pleasant at all. They may be unaware of their rudeness but should be familiar with the issue now due to online clamor. Yes their people and government can continue to ignore it and face the possible consequences like how China refuses to recognize arbitral ruling in favor of the Philippines. This after they steal giant clams, fishes and destroy coral reefs in the Philippines? Wow. I'm sure it's not only China who's stealing our fish but come on. Where does this behavior of not caring for others come from? I'm sure Japan has a lot to say about this issue since their culture shows the most concern and respect to others?
At this point I can only think of two possible action to help stop this negative Chinese behavior from happening.
- Only the mainland Chinese people can stop and change themselves or
- Everyone stops purchasing made in China products everywhere including Mumuso/Miniso stores.
Even a Hong Kong news website already noticed their articles pertaining to rude mainland Chinese tourists are getting the most traffic. There's even an online Malaysian post showing a picture of a Chinese woman pooping at the beach. Omg. š®
I don't know how to help China and their allegedly broke fishermen but clearly they are rubbing most people the wrong way with their rude and overbearing behavior. Our nation and people are also not perfect but at least we are not a big and ancient country bullying a young and small one.
