Hello People!! I have completed one year on this amazing platform and I want to share my experience so far. I was on Facebook and familiar with the "likes" system. If you see something and find it amusing or useful, you give it a like.
Note: I am adding my artworks to this post as "text-only" post may look so boring. :))

An artwork I did for suesa's science-fiction story.
It was good when I joined it and a time came when people started posting all the political bullshit and share random stuff all the time. I then quit Facebook.

WWE KANE : Likeness Practice in 3d
One day I was watching a youtube video where some guy was talking about Youtube demonetizing his videos even when his channel had clean stuff, No hate Speech or anything that could trigger someone.

So, I read a comment in the comment section where somebody mentioned @Dtube and that was intriguing for me. I, without wasting any minute, visited Dtube and what I saw there completely amazed me.
Videos there had some amount (based on how popular they are) under the thumbnail and I was like - What? They are paying people for their uploads?

Not gonna lie, Money was a motivation but I wasn't here just for money. Besides, Who would turn down such a great platform that appreciates you for your content.

A female face study in 3d + improved body anatomy. Couldn't complete it :((
I was pretty excited to give it a try as I had some timelapse videos of my Art. I can't recall it properly but when I tried to upload one of my videos, I discovered another new thing and that was Steemit account was necessary in order to use the Dtube and Thats how I came across Steemit and Dtube.

Improved Body Anatomy of the above character.
I then Signed up for Steemit and Got my account in 2 days. That was quick :D
How Steemit has helped me to become a better artist?
So after getting my account, I started posting my random artworks and sketches. I found out that some people host contests and give away SBDs or STEEM to the winning entry as a reward.

I took part in many contests and I had to draw things I never tried before. Those art contests pushed me to the limits and I learned so many good things as an artist.
People who have helped me

A female character for 3d study.
I have met so many good people here (not gonna bother them by tagging them here)so many good people who curated my content and helped me grow. A cool guy curated one of my artworks and the whales from ocd who upvoted that post. That was the best day.
Created this for a contest. Theme was Marvel.
Another awesome guy and artist, who hosted an art contest, upvoted my entries few times. I've got two good friends through Steem Chat who helped me a lot. There are a lot of people that have helped me along the way and I thank them for all the help they did. :))
Achievements:

- I was unaware of this crypto currency thingy, however, I have still so many things that I have to learn about crypto but I am not on level 1 either.

An Old Skull model for practice. I used Front and Side reference for this one.
Whats next for me?
Found a PSD of an incompleted artwork. Made this out of it.
Unfortunately, I am not able to do Art stuff due to some reasons but I will try to keep up. Will be back with some decent artworks. Sorry in advance for my crappy English. I am bad at languages guys, haha. :D Thank you guys and Good day!! :))
