Seems that everything we know about the sun is wrong or, at best, outdated. We've been told that looking at the sun is harmful. When that may be true on high noon for the unprepared, there is an ancient yoga technique of sungazing. Besides being the healing and balancing method, it's also a direct nourishment method of absorbing photons to the body and thus providing direct nourishment by pure sun energy. Could it be a solution to hunger in Africa and elsewhere? Find out for yourself as there are few yogis that mastered it, two of them are Hiram Ratan Manek (H.R.M.) and Sunyogi Uma Shankar. I will list some links to their vids and websites and you tell me what you think :)
