Dinner time is finally here, and today I made for my wife and my self these amazing BBQ chicken sandwiches.
I used frozen chicken burgers as I was in a rush otherwise I would have used fresh chicken and dredged them in flower egg and breadcrumbs.
I decided that I wanted coleslaw on the sandwich but I had no time to make any so I decided to make a tomato and onion salad this made the sandwich amazing it also gave me one of my five a day too.
the whole sandwich was huge and cost about £1.30 to make, but it was well worth it.
You can not buy food like this in takeaways so eat your heart out guys and try it for your selves.
