And I bought with Bitcoin & without KYC!
I started with $30 (paid in BTC) at Abra, a synthetic assets exchange, with no KYC and semi-decentralization.
So what I did was sending $30 worth of BTC (out of curiosity, I'm super risk aware), and bought Vanguard Real Estate ETF ($VNQ) for it.
I love RE, even though the dividends are not astronomical high, it's a long term investment. We all need a roof, don't we? :)
And today the APP greeted me with a nice $0.25 ETF payout notification...

The cool thing about $VNQ is that they payout quarterly, so there is always some action guaranteed :)
Risks
Yes, there are risks. Abra is a central issuer of the assets, so if they go ham, so does your money. But for me it's worth it because I can buy-in via BTC or ETH or whatever else they take and there is no KYC bullshit thanks to synthetic assets.
