The food I want to talk about again today is vegetarian noodles.
This vegetarian noodle is easy to make and very tasty. You can eat with rice or as you like.
Ingredients:
- 2 bundles of noodles
- Beans
- Cabbage
- Onion π§ and leek
- Vegetables (your favorite)
- Oil ,salt and thick soy sauce
First we will get all the ingredients ready. All ingredients are thoroughly rinsed with water. Cut the beans in bite-sized and cut the cabbage in the same way.
Onions and leek will also be sliced.
Wash your favorite vegetables thoroughly and cut them in half. The noodles are boiled in water for half an hour. While boiling the noodles , add oil to the pan and fry the sliced ββonion.
Then add sliced ββbeas and cabbage. After a while, add your favorite vegetables. At that time,the boiled noodles will be ready.
Pour out the boiled water. Then add the boiled noodles to that frying pan. Then add thick soy sauce to brighten the color.After it look good add slide leek on them.
I used this kind of thick soy sauce.
Mix them well and taste it. Try it at your home. It really tastes good.
It didnβt look good that much because I was so impatient at the time of frying. But I can say for sure that it tastes just like fried food from restaurants.Please tell me !! Does it taste good when you fry it?
