This is kind of a newbie question. Why do I have posts with money votes but it does not show in my wallet?

I am very new to Steemit, but I have a very basic, dumb question. I have had about 30 posts so far, and some show some small amounts of money reflected. (see image below)

But, when I check my wallet it looks exactly the same as when I started. (see pic at the bottom)

What the heck am I doing wrong???

I am choosing power up for all posts.
