A Satoshi is a hundredth of a millionth Bitcoin.
These websites give a small amount of Satoshis ranging from 10 to 150 Satoshis.
You can repeatedly collect Satoshis from these websites but usually you have to wait for a certain interval of time before you request for more Satoshis.
These faucets make money by placing a lot of ads on their website.
The captcha and tasks on some of these websites are complicated to avoid people using bots to solve the captcha and do these tasks.
The Satoshis that you have earned are not immediately deposited in your Bitcoin wallet. You need to accumulate a minimum amount of Satoshis before you can transfer them to your Bitcoin wallet.

As a concluding note I would like to say that although I am not an expert I believe that most of the Bitcoin faucets are not worth trying because you will waste a lot of time on these websites to accumulate a few Satoshis which will probably be worth seventy-five cents to one dollar after putting in a couple of hours of hard work.
