LEO Lotto is back online — and a lot more 🛠

We deep-audited Rafiki today and shipped 10+ fixes, including the bug that killed Lotto deposits.

The Lotto bug: Apr 17–29, every HE deposit to Hive account@askrafiki was silently dropped by a scanner race (sidechain processes custom_jsons after L1). 4 ticket purchases — 60 LEO — never credited.

Other fixes shipped today:
• URL summaries no longer hallucinate
• Feedback now works in guest mode
• Codex auth hardening (pre-expiry refresh, retry, atomic writes)
• Improvement loop self-heals
• Search latency fix (model no longer thrashing every 2 min)
• Internal analyst output isolated from user logs
