Holding thirst and hunger for 13 hours is a worship that can make us irritable, volatile feelings and emotions. This is the main challenge in fasting which will add value to worship. However, there are many uses for fasting other than adding to the value of piety to God.
One of the benefits of fasting for the body is to regulate diet and blood sugar, usually this is a powerful way for parents who have diabetes and hypertension. It's also good for those who want to go on a diet, but it will be a boomerang if you don't do it right. Like eating too much sweet food or eating too much when breaking the fast.
However, it would be very good if we eat in sufficient portions, eat healthy foods and also drink lots of water. Moreover, the toughest challenge when breaking the fast is eating fried foods and sweet drinks that will quench thirst. Though the calories that enter will be very much and will be dangerous for the body because it will be surprised when consuming high-calorie foods.
For that, what I usually do is prevent our family from eating fried foods and prefer to eat fruit. Moreover, my husband is the hardest to eat fruit, he can only eat a few fruits because he doesn't like the soft texture of the fruit.
I usually make an interesting fruit pudding so my husband can take this dessert in his mouth. But usually only a few fruits that he will eat, such as kiwi, strawberry and longan. So, before making this fruit pudding, I looked for and bought the fruit at the fruit market. Thankfully the fruit I wanted was provided.
The way to make it is very simple, to the point that you can make it by closing your eyes. Ahahaha kidding!

Fruit Silky Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Agar-agar plain
- 65 ml coconut milk
- 100 gr sugar
- Kiwi
- Longan fruit
- Strawberry
- 500 ml of water
How to Make Fruit Pudding:
- Mix 1/2 pack of plain agar-agar with 220 ml of water, then add 50 grams of sugar and 65 ml of coconut milk.
- Stir until boiling, then set aside.
- Slice all the fruit, peel the skin of the longan fruit and the seeds. Wash all fruit.
- Pour the coconut milk jelly into the aluminum foil. Wait until it hardens.
- After hardening, arrange the sliced fruit on top.
- Mix the remaining plain agar powder with 250 water and sugar until it boils. Wait for 5 minutes for the hot steam to escape a little.
- Pour plain agar on top of the fruit arrangement, this is just to stick the fruit so it doesn't come off easily. Chill in chiller for 15 minutes or until cold.
- Fruit silky pudding is ready to serve!
