I captured this series of photos looking across towards Whiting Beach at the mouth of the Clarence River back on 31 July 2015.
It was Friday afternoon and I was on my way home from work in Yamba and as I had my camera with me, I decided to drive down to the beach to see if there where any worthwhile shots to capture. Was I in luck!
Looking from the car park towards Whiting Beach, the afternoon sun was partly obsured by cloud. Unable to contain the sun's light, however, glorious rays of sunlight burst out from the cloud and across the darkening sky.
