Today, my husband brought me a gift that really made my day, and this time he got it just right. Since he knows how much I love drinking tea and coffee while I work, he surprised me with a beautiful ceramic mug that, honestly, I fell in love with the moment I saw it. It has a really pretty design and comes with a cork coaster and a plastic lid, which makes it even more practical and special.
Best of all, this mug can withstand a maximum temperature of 80 degrees Celsius, and it’s recommended to use the lid to keep drinks hot. And that’s just wonderful to me. I’m the type of person who sits in front of the computer with a cup of coffee or tea by my side, and between one thing and another, I end up forgetting to drink it in time. By the time I pick up the cup again, it’s already cold, and I have to get up to reheat it. It happens to me more often than I’d like.
Hoy, mi esposo me trajo un regalo que me alegró muchísimo el día, y esta vez acertó por completo. Como él sabe lo mucho que me encanta tomar té y café, mientras trabajo, me sorprendió con un mug de cerámica precioso que, sinceramente, me enamoró desde que lo vi. Tiene un diseño muy bonito, viene con un portavasos de corcho y una tapa plástica que lo hace todavía más práctico y especial.
Lo mejor de todo es que este mug soporta una temperatura máxima de 80 grados centígrados y se recomienda usar la tapa para conservar las bebidas calientes. Y, eso para mí es una maravilla. Yo soy de las que se sienta frente al computador con una taza de café o de té al lado y, entre una cosa y otra, termino olvidándome de tomarlo a tiempo. Cuando vuelvo a agarrar la taza, ya está fría y me toca levantarme a recalentarla. Me pasa más veces de las que quisiera.
Now, I feel like this mug was made to solve exactly that little issue in my daily routine. I love being able to keep my coffee or tea hot for longer while I work.
Also, I have to admit something: you can never have too many mugs. I always see beautiful designs in stores and feel like buying them all, but I often hold back because I know I already have several. Even so, I really appreciate gifts like this, because when something comes as a thoughtful gift from someone who knows you well and thinks about what you enjoy, it becomes even more special.
Ahora, siento que este mug llegó para solucionar justamente ese pequeño detalle de mi rutina diaria. Poder mantener mi cafecito o mi té caliente por más tiempo mientras trabajo me encanta.
Además, debo admitir algo: las tazas nunca están de más. Siempre veo modelos hermosos en las tiendas y me provoca comprarlos todos, pero muchas veces me contengo porque sé que ya tengo varios. Aun así, este tipo de regalos los agradezco mucho, pues cuando algo llega como detalle de alguien que te conoce bien y piensa en lo que disfrutas, se vuelve todavía más especial.
