There is something beautiful about tarts, they are a very old pastry but are still absolutely incredible. The fruit and berry tarts that you can get at your local bakery are always great, there is something about the cream filling and the berries that makes me feel very classy. They also have chocolates of all kinds that can fill and cover them, creating wonderful little mini pies of sorts that I could eat all day long.
