Hello hello hello hello!
This is very much a work in progress, so please excuse the lack of headers and graphics and all round radness.
A few of us want to start a bit of a Motivational Movement Monthly Mob, where we have running or cycling or swimming or walking or whatever targets that we try and achieve in a month, and the month of May seems like a good one.
I'll create a weekly post to check in, and a couple of us might get fancy with arts or bots or websites, but for the moment, please let me know in the comments below if you're interested in joining. If you create your own post, please link it in the comments and I'll add it to this post so that we can all support each other.
Obviously we'll have a range of fitness levels, so I thought I'd break it up into teams.
Team Red will pledge to move at least 50 kilometers (31 miles) in the month of May 2018.
Team Blue will pledge to move at least 100 kilometers (62 miles) in the month of May 2018.
Team Yellow will pledge to move at least 150 kilometers (93 miles) in the month of May 2018.
Team Green will pledge to move at least 200 kilometers (124 miles) in the month of May 2018.
I'm not sure if these distances are ridiculous or achievable, so feel free to nominate a distance that's challenging for you. We can have as many goals as we need.
We're also totally open to cycling, swimming, walking, etc etc... so if that's what you're excited about, let us know in the comments below, and we'll work it all out.
