Hansa is the best marketplace out there in my opinion in the current state that we are in. For all the Alphabay "refugees" account registration will most likely re-open within the next couple of days or weeks, this is because Hansa doesn't want to be the #1 target for the police.
Hansa offers protection through escrow services and basically doesn't force you to use the market as a wallet. Unlike Alphabay this really does limit the chances of an exit scam happening. Multi-sig is recommended, FE isn't allowed and their forums are up unlike a certain someone's ;)
