Brownie Ice Dogs :)
Brownie + Ice Cream = AMAZING!!!
This treat can be made for any occasion or just because...
All you have to do is to prepare a head of them the brownie cookies
And not to forget to buy your favourite ice cream
I've shared my recipe for the gluten free brownie cookies before and you can find it HERE
Spoon the cookie dough onto the baking sheet
And flattened them (I do this with my potatoes masher)
Bake at 325F for 10 min
You can store them in a tightly closed container until you need them :)
A good idea is to place them in the freezer one hour before making the ice dogs
Place a big scoop of ice cream onto the cookie
Cover it with another one
Make few more.... ;)
... and ENJOY!!
