There is a difference between worrying about a problem and thinking about the solution to a problem. Worrying never takes away the problem, instead it takes away your peace. When you are constantly worrying about the problem, there's no way you'll think through a better solution. Worrying is not the solution to a problem, it does not even take you near it; on the contrary it is the problem. The more you worry, the more complex life becomes. Remember: Worrying is like using grandpas' rocking chair, it keeps you seemingly busy, but relatively gets you nowhere.
