When this cafe had just opened, a lot of vloggers posted how beautiful the sunset scenery here and how majestic that experience if paired with coffee while chilling beside the sea. Well, this is located at the Baywalk, so of course, the sunset scene here is surely beautiful. It's the reason people are often coming to the place even before without the food chains and cafe.
Initially, we went here for samgyup, not just for the sunset. However, we came late in the afternoon. When we got there, the restaurant was already full. The other restaurant was also closed. I didn't feel like eating Chicken Inasal, so we looked elsewhere instead.
Baywalk is often buzzing most of the times since this is a go-to place for families and groups to hang out peacefully, plus there's a lot to choose from whenever they need food or drinks.
Last time when we're here for foods, we agreed to try Don Miguel's Cafe one day since the sunset there has a beautiful view. It was promoted as well by different vloggers here in Bacolod. On the ground, it is a cafe. However, on the floor, it is a resto bar and I've heard both of it has the same owner. Maybe, it is why they have the same building.
If you notice the decors at this place, it was still Valentine's Day. Well, actually, these photos was taken last February and I'm only seeing it recently when I rummage through my gallery to think about what to post this time. As you can see, it has been a while since my last post.
As I mentioned, the Unlimited Samgyupsal food chains were loaded and the other was closed. Instead of going back empty-handed, we tried Don Miguel Cafe to experience their coffee. There were lots of customers in the store and most were students and working adults who would like to have a breath of fresh air.
Most of the coffee in their menu were sold out as well. We were prompted to order any latte available. By the way, one reason why we choose to be there was my phone died. I need a place to charge and have it on since I was waiting for important school updates that time.
Anyway, I think we have to give this place another go. We walked in almoat evening already and didn't have the famous sunset experience. Well, in some other time, then.
