One thing about pain is that it demands to be felt.
If you keep your emotions bottled up inside for so long,you become toxic to others even to your self
Breaking down doesn't always mean we are weak, even the strongest people also have moment when they cry.
Often times we get hurt and feel the need to act strong because we don't want others to feel we are weak. But we don't realize we are just piling up bitterness in our heart.

At time like this, we become to get depress, start pushing people away and always see negativity in everything we do and what other's do as well.
But you see, when your in pain you don't have to be in denial.
Do you feel like crying?
Then do so.
At times when I feel pain or get hurt and act like I don't care but deep down the pain is eating me up.
I become distance to my loved ones and I also become depress.
So many things irritate me and I get pissed off easily.
But when I feel I can't pretend any more, I cry my eyes out but you know what, at the end of the day I feel better.

Crying doesn't necessarily mean your weak, for me it's like a therapy.
Okay not like I cry all the time.
When you feel pain,you just need to let it go. Don't bottle it up.
Sometimes you can't even explain how you feel, how intense the pain you feel is.
Your heart breaks into so many pieces and you don't even know how to explain.
All you have to do is let go. Don't hold back.
Just let it all out.

It's so dull and dark.
But what happens after the rain?
It's clear and beautiful.
That's how we are, when we are in pain we become dull and nothing interest us, but once we let go of the pain.
We once again see the beauty in everything.
