Istanbuli polo (or polo goje) is easy to cook, but it has some mysteries for cooking, that make them taste more delicious!

I prepare this meal as follows:
First, chop the onion and fry it, then add the minced meat to it and mix them together and fry them again.
Then add salt and your favorite spices like saffron, turmeric and fresh garlic. Chop tomatoes too and add to it, then add a small amount of tomato paste and lemon juice.
Chop the potatoes and fry them in another fraying pan. Finally, mix all the ingredients together.
Rinse the rice and pour it into the rice cooker and add 1.5 cup of water to each cup of rice.
Also, add salt and butter and mix together, let it cook.
When it was 10 minutes to complete the cooking, pour all the mixture (you have prepared) into the pot and mix it with rice. let it be cooked..
After cooking, I pressed it into the mold then I turned over onto the serving dish..
