Plumes of smoke filled the streets around the corner
Palmerah Market, Jakarta. The smell of smoke from the grilled fish seller tempts the taste buds to enjoy it.
I also joined the queue to be able to buy delicious grilled fish, but while waiting for my turn I had the opportunity to photograph a grilled fish seller in the process of burning fish while peeling the coals on the stove, causing a fragrant smoke that makes you feel hungry.
You can see many visitors lining up to buy grilled fish in the afternoon. Grilled fish is one of the favorite menus for Jakartans when breaking their fast.
Even though the price is expensive, it can be seen that visitors who are enjoying grilled fish will be more delicious if eaten with soy sauce.
