Nothing could be further from the truth haha, There is little time in any motocross session to just sit there and chill. Most of the time you are standing and manoeuvring the bike around underneath you or hanging off the back feeling like your arms are being stretched.
If you can handle that and being at maximum heart rate for 45mins then fine... until the unexpected happens and it all goes wrong. :(
