Last session, we discussed the topic:
Kids and Health
Last week, we gave a continuation about an important topic concerning our kids. Since they are going to be our future, we keep asking if we are treating them as they should. And health is a big concern. Kids are staying more indoors and eating more unhealthy food since parents don't have time to dedicate to home sometimes because of their work routines. So the community was sincere about their thoughts on this problem and how it can be managed. In conclusion, society needs to change its point of view about its growing kids.

MENTAL STRESS OR PHYSICAL STRESS?
We live in a world where stress is prevalent. For one reason or another, people tend to get stressed. And it seems like as the days go by, the stress levels increase.
We've come to know stress in the form of mental and physical. As the name suggests, stress can be mentally; affecting a person psychologically and emotionally. Or it can be physical; affecting a person's body and their physical aspects.
Discussion Questions:
-What do you think of both mental and physical stress?
-What are some of the causes of both types of stress?
-Would you say one type is more deadly or presents more destructive effects than the other?
-Which would you say is more prevalent in our world today?
-How can one manage and/or avoid stress in any form?
