The Soaring Bank on Steemit shall loan the sum of 10 SBD to 
Hive account@blackpaul.
Hive account@blackpaul promises to pay 0.25sbd daily interest and repay 15.25SBD at the end of 3weeks i.e on/before 11:30AM (CAT) of 28th March 2018.
To insure payment of this loan, Hive account@blackpaul promises to hand over his Master key to Bank On Steemit as collateral. The bank will give Hive account@blackpaul new active and posting keys.
Hive account@blackpaul affirms that the Master Key is given voluntarily and the account is not stolen. He promises not to initiate the stolen account recovery procedure.
Master key will be returned upon successful completion of loan terms.
