Ice

One fine winter morning I came to the car service to replace the oil in the engine. Entry into the box with a steep climb, I could not enter it, and go to find out when they open, could not, very slippery rise. I waited until they were sprinkled with salt or sand. Inside, there were employees, but they did not think at all about their customers and their colleagues. I armed myself with patience and waited, I was very interested in how the employees of the service themselves fall into the premises.
