After a long break from the gym, the BAT is back to take over the fitness ship again with kiss-ass workouts and fitness training. Lately, I have been busy putting a fellow bodybuilder and fitness trainer through the steemit fitness world.
My reason for this, is that the steemit fitness world is far behind every other trail in this lovely community due to the fact that only a few number of steemians duel in fitness ground.
is good at what he s doing (fitness and bodybuilding), and I believe that he will add some missing ingredient to the fitness world.

FITNESS 101 Welcome you all to;
LEG WORKOUT SESSION WITH @BAT-JUNIOR
Our last fitness 101 workout session was the BICEPS WORKOUT which I believed that most of you enjoyed. Behold people, today is the day we feed our legs wth healthy leg programs.
Buckle up people, the ride starts now.
Below are videos of LEG workout programs and their basic instructions
Adhere to instructions
BARBELL SQUAT
10 Reps 8 Sets
Instructions:
- Position your legs to a squating position
- Balance both sides of the Barbell before lifting
- Gently drop Barbell on your neck before squating
- Squat with pleasure an ease. Slow and steady wins the race.
- Gently drop Barbell on your neck before squating
- Squat with pleasure an ease. Slow and steady wins the race.
BARBELL DEADLIFT
10 Reps 5 Sets
Instructions:
- Position legs to assume squating position
- Bend back at a right angle to pick Barbell
- Still at right angle, extend arms downwards and squat.
- Still at right angle, extend arms downwards and squat.
DUMBELL LUNGES
10 Reps 8 Sets
Instructions:
- Pick up Dumbells from the ground and place them to your both sides
- Extend one leg at a time to lunge
- Lunge 10 for each legs. Alternate lunges is recommended.
- Lunge 10 for each legs. Alternate lunges is recommended.
That's all folks, make sure you follow instructions in order to achieve the maximum result. Also, make sure you observe all your routine appropriately, they are as important as yourself.
